Monster Cookies

This is one of the tastiest cookie recipes I’ve ever come across in my baking travels. How could you possibly go wrong with two different kinds of chocolate in one cookie? M&M’s were always one of my favorite special treats as a kid and having them in cookie was sheer delight for me. Add in the fact that there were chocolate chips in this cookie too and I was in absolute kid heaven. I hope you enjoy these as much as I did (and still do)!

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1/4 tablespoon corn syrup
1/4 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
4 cups oatmeal
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 to 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 to 1 1/2 cups M&M’s

In a large bowl, combine all of the above ingredients and mix well. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 minutes.
