1 cup dried apricots
1 1/2 cups pitted dried dates
1 cup pitted dried prunes
1 cup raisins
1 1/4 cups walnuts
3 cups flaked coconutPut apricots, dates, prunes, raisins, and
walnuts in a food processor and process until completely mixed. You may
need to add some water to the mixture to make it process well enough.
The mixture should be sticky and fairly thick, not watery. Refrigerate
for 3 hours. Roll into one-inch balls and roll in the coconut. Store in
the refrigerator. |
