The crisp, cool weather of fall brings up warm
memories of hot cocoa, apple cider and my mom’s oh-so-delicious apple
crisp. Apples here are coming into season, with their crisp crunch and
juicy delightfulness, and their always-perfect sweetness in a good batch
of apple crisp. This recipe has been a fall favorite of mine for as long
as I can remember. The smell of warm apples and cinnamon always conjures
up thoughts of this deliciously crunchy apple treat.
